My name is Callum Thomson, and I am the Sales Manager for Reliance Home Comfort in Thunder Bay. I have lived in Thunder for my entire life as have the other members of the sales team. We consider ourselves a small local company with the backing of a national organization. This allows us to provide the best value and the best service to our customers.

Reliance Thunder Bay has been in the business for over 40 years, and we have over 30,000 satisfied customers in the Thunder Bay area. We also service Rosslyn, Kakabeka, and Shuniah.

At Reliance Thunder Bay we put the customer first, and we have a reputation of being experts in the heating, cooling, and hot water field. We also have a reputation of being reliable, professional, and trustworthy. We love serving and caring for the residents in the Thunder Bay area. That is why we often sponsor United Way and partner with the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce.

" My air conditioner wasn't cooling and I called late in the day to schedule a repair. The telephone receptionist was very helpful and polite. He apologized for not being able to have someone come that day, but scheduled an appointment for early the next morning. The repair man was prompt, polite and professional. He found the problem, checked a few other areas just to be thorough and was gone in under an hour. Excellent!!! When I called to schedule a repair appointment, I thought I would be waiting till the following week. I was very happy with the timeframe, the professionalism and the promptness. Thank you! "

" I had Dave come to look over my AC/furnace as the air conditioner was not working at all. He came in, checked both furnace & air unit, and said that my furnace was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. He looked over my AC unit & got it working. He told me that the AC had a soon-to-be out dated Freon and that I might consider a replacement got the AC in the future. I feel he did an amazing job at getting my system working and giving me the option with the AC. It was nice to not have a repairman be a salesman first. I thank him for his honesty. Other companies that were in did not compare to the service I got today! "
