My air conditioner wasn't cooling and I called late in the day to schedule a repair. The telephone receptionist was very helpful and polite. He apologized for not being able to have someone come that day, but scheduled an appointment for early the next morning. The repair man was prompt, polite and professional. He found the problem, checked a few other areas just to be thorough and was gone in under an hour. Excellent!!! When I called to schedule a repair appointment, I thought I would be waiting till the following week. I was very happy with the timeframe, the professionalism and the promptness. Thank you!
