Some furnace contractors can’t offer you the financing terms that meet your needs.

Financing Terms

You’ve finally made it. You’ve jumped through all the hoops and are confident that you’ve got the right size of unit for your home, you’ve got the best mix of performance and value with the brand you chose, you’ve got a reputable contractor to install your unit, and you are confident that they will be able to live up to their promises down the road. All that’s left is for you to get out your cheque book and pay, right?

There are multiple ways for you to pay for your new furnace, and likely only one way that best suits your specific needs.

Picking the right option for you and your family is an important choice, and understanding all of your options is the first step in that process. For instance, did you know that you could rent your air conditioner for a low monthly rate? Most furnace contractors won’t tell you this because they don’t have the ability to offer you those terms.
